Battle Creek Enquirer Aug 3, 2007

Glenn M. Williams, 84, formerly of Battle Creek died Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at 
home.
Glenn was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps where he served 
in the European Theater. He graduated from Bowling Green University in 1951. 
Glenn was employed at Clark Equipment Company in Battle Creek for 32 years. He 
retired in 1982. He was a charter member of Chapel Hill United Methodist 
Church, former member of Clark Golf League, Clark Management Club and he 
enjoyed antique cars and tractors. Both he and is wife wintered at the Villages 
in Lady Lake, Florida for several years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, June I. Williams in 2002.
At the request of the family, friends may call at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle 
Funeral Home after 6 p.m. Friday where they will be received from 6-8 p.m. and 
on Saturday 10 a.m. until service time.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2007 at the funeral 
home with the Rev. David Morton officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside 
Cemetery in Rockford, Ohio. Memorials to the Glenn and June Williams 
Scholarship Fund c/o Chapel Hill United Methodist Church would be appreciated 
by the family.
