Virginia Elizabeth Wilson, age 98, of Battle Creek quietly slipped into the 
arms of God, Monday morning November 5, 2007 at the Calhoun County Care 
Facility.
 She married Leonard Roger Wilson. He preceded her in death on October 
23, 1959.
Virginia was a member of the Family Altar Chapel of Battle Creek. She sang in 
the choir, taught Sunday School and made all of the draperies for the church. 
She was also a member and past President of the Evangeline Missionary Circle. 
During the 1990's, she attended the Family Bible Church in Marshall.
Mrs. Wilson was a loving, caring and compassionate person. Her life centered on 
her family and dearly loved her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Virginia Helen Jeffery; a great 
grandson, Justin Hammock; and 2 brothers and 5 sisters.
The family will greet friends at the Craig K Kempf Funeral Home on Wednesday 
from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00. 
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 8, 2007 at the 
Family Bible Church in Marshall. 
Memorial contributions are to the Calhoun County Medical Care Facility New 
Dinning Areas.
