This is Plaque Reads:

SITE OF THE HASKELL HOME CEMETERY, PLATTED OCTOBER, 1889 to serve 
the Haskell Home, James White Memorial Home, and other city residents.

Erected in 1989 by the families of 

Villa Dell (Tefft) Collins
May 17, 1859 - Oct. 8, 1905

          And

Dr. Lyman W. Henry
Feb. 17, 1817 - Oct. 29, 1907
