This is the original headstone of John W. Bartholomew - b. 16 Nov 1874  /  d. 
30 Mar 1883.

Additional Comments:
John W. Bartholomew was the youngest child of Rudolph R. and Maria C. 
Bartholomew.  He was born in Eckford Twp of Calhoun County. He was the younger 
brother to my Step-Great Grandfather.  This older stone is badly weathered and 
has been replaced with a larger monument shared with his parents.  The Epitaph 
at the bottom of the stone is illegible.
