Additional Comments:
William , Bartholomew was the seventh child of twelve children born to Paul , 
and Catherine Bartholomew.  He was an older brother to Rudolph R. Bartholomew 
who was my Step Great-grandfather.  William was a apparent casualty of the 
Civil War as a member of the Union Army having died at Nashville, Tennessee in 
1862 the height of the conflict between the North and the South. He was in his
24th year at the time of his death.
