Newspaper Clipping
William S. Kannenberg, 78, of Cassopolis, Michigan, died at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, 
December 3, 1996, following an extended illness.

Born in Mentor, Minnesota, February 27, 1918, he married Roberta L. Sires 
December 16, 1941.  She preceded him in death January 14, 1996.  

Mr. Kannenberg was a veteran of World War II and a retired truck driver.

Survivors include three daughters, Louis Hambright of Cassopolis; Karen 
Raymond of Osceola, Michigan; and Jane Adkins of Edwardsburg, Michigan; three 
sons, Thomas of Three Rivers, Michigan; and John and Richard, both of 
Cassopolis; nineteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three sisters, 
Jeanie McKee of Waukon, Iowa; Helen Hoyle of Joy, Illinois; and Elsie Moore of 
Knoxville, Iowa; and a brother, Norman of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 7, in Cassopolis with 
Rev. Delbert Ritchie, The Lord's House, officiating.
