Cassopolis--Glen Tarboss, 82, route 1, Cassopolis died Sunday in Lee Memorial
hospital, Dowagiac, where he was admitted Friday.
	Mr. Tarboss was born May 1, 1881, in Cassopolis, the son of the Esquire and
Maria Hurtt Tarboss.  He had farmed on the centennial farm where he was born all
of his life.
	Survivors include his widow, the former Nina Welch Parker whom he married April
1, 1929, a stepson Ray Parker and a step-granddaughter Leah Rae Parker of
Cassopolis.
	Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the Connelly funeral home
here.  The Rev. Charles O'Connor, pastor of the United church of Casopolis, will
officiate.
	Burial will be in Prospect Hill cemetery here.
	Friends may call at the funeral home this evening.
