L. Corinne Byrd
1896 -- 1969

Marker is shared with husband Guy Byrd (1894-1949).

Lena Corinne Byrd was the daughter of James A. Coker and Minerva nee Allen 
Coker. Lena Corinne Coker was born May 27, 1896. She attended District School 
No. 9. 

Lena Corinne Coker married Guy Byrd April 1913.  

Lena Corinne and Guy were the parents of 4 children. The children's names are 
Alden Byrd , Allene Byrd, Guilda Bell Byrd and Guy D. Byrd.

Lena Corrine Coker Byrd was a musician and church worker.  She belonged to Mt. 
Zion Church and later became a charter member of Calvin Community Chapel 
Church.
