Lizzie Lawson
1878 - 1959

Marker is shared with husband Clarence E. Lawson (1873-1935). 

Lizzie Copley was born February 25, 1878. Her parents were Cyrus Copley and 
Ametia Candy.  They were the parents of Cora, Janie, Melvin, Mary, Bertha and 
Lizzie.

Lizzie Copley married Clarence E. Lawson .  They were the parents of 11 
children. The children's names are:  Glenn, Josie, Elvira, Mamie, Theolia, 
Forest, Zerel, Martha, Edith, Olive and Hilda.

Clarence and Lizzie Lawson were Charter Members of Calvin Community Chapel. 
Clarence and Lizzie and children Theolia, Zerel, Martha, Edith, Olive and 
Forest did all of the sawing of logs for the new church.  

Lizzie nee Copley Lawson died July 17, 1959 at the age of 81.
