Rev. Allen Peavy
1861 -- 1938

Marker shared with  Nora Ann Peavy (1870-1961).

This is an older Peavy marker one row west of the (newer not pictured) marker 
with Rev. Allen Peavy and Nora Ann Peavy.  On this older (pictured marker) the 
birth and death year for Nora Ann Peavy agree with the newer not pictured 
marker.  On the newer not picured marker the birth year for Rev. Allen Peavy 
is 1861 but the death year is 1939. 

The cemetery contains two almost identical makers for Nora Ann Peavy and Rev. 
Allen Peavy.

In order to display both Peavy markers the newer marker with both Nora Ann and 
Rev. Allen Peavy was shown on the Nora Ann Peavy file.  The older marker with 
both Nora Ann Peavy  and Rev. Allen Peavy was displayed to reflect the Rev. 
Allen Peavy file. 

It is not clear why two markers one row apart exist for the same two people.  
It is clear one marker is significantly older than the other.
