John W. Wingfield
1899 -- 1978

John Walker Wingfield was born November 12, 1899 in Muncie, Indiana.  He died 
September 28, 1978 in Rondeau Bay, Ontario Canada from a ladder fall.  His 
parents were Isaiah Wingfield and Alice Humphery.  John was the youngest of 
nine children.  He attended Longfellow School in Muncie, IN.  

Marriages:
#1:  John W. Wingfield married Inez Marrs, the daughter of Elmer Marrs and 
Belle Allen.
#2:  John W. Winfield married Esther Rosetta nee Wilson Sanders August 5, 1971.

John was always very accomodating and helpful to relatives, friends and 
neighbors in his quiet unassuming manner.  

John was a wonderful step-father to Maurice W. Sanders and Marshall H. 
Sanders, Jr.
