The following is a description of Eunice Wanda Dungey written by her granddaughter: “She was a beautiful and modest lady inside and out and real head-turner in her younger days. She was a homemaker, loved gardening and reading. Her faith in God was the foundation of her life. Her favorite scripture was Psalm 23 and she taught my brother and me the scripture at a young age. I am a Christian today because of what she instilled in me. I enjoyed listening to her hum tunes. Whether the atmosphere was filled with sunshine or clouds, she kept a song in her heart. I spent a lot of cozy days and holidays with my grandmother. She will live always in my heart.” Although her marker is not inscribed with the date of death Eunice Wanda Dungey died 04 Oct 2007 at the age of 93 years.
