Marker is shared with Frances L. Allen d. 6 Aug 1866.
This back side of the marker with the names of Charlie L. and Frances L. is 
lying in the ground.  

Charlie L. Allen was born June 12, 1862.  

Our researchers are currently unable to definitively confirm the parents of 
Charlie L. Allen. Although speculative W.O. Allen (William Oliver Allen) could 
be the father of Charlie L. Allen.

Charlie L. Allen died December 3, 1865
