Maker is shared with daughter Zora I. Allen (1880-1881).
Marker is embedded in ground and partially covered with grass.

Addie C. Vanduval was born 1857 in OH.  It is believed her parents were John 
and Mary Vanduval.  John and Mary Vanduval were witnesses to the marriage of  
Addie C. Vanduval and William/W.O. Allen.  

Addie C. Vanduval married William Allen aka W.O. Allen April 30, 1878. W.O 
Allen and Addie C Allen were the parents of twins Oliver Preston b. 1879, 
Olive b. 1879, Zora I. (or Zora B.) b. 1880 and Ellis Emory b. June 1882. 

Note:  W.O. Allen is the grandson of Green Allen and Angelina Wade.  The 
parents of W.O. Allen are John Allen and Harriet T. Byrd, the daughter of 
Turner Byrd. W.O. Allen was a farmer and a minister. 

It is believed Addie C. nee Vanduval Allen died after giving birth to Ellis 
Emory Allen in June 1882. 

Addie C. Allen died June 18, 1882.
