This marker contains an epitaph however only a few works are legible.  
Partial epitaph:  Early count ............mortal, Heaven ......an angel.....

Elizabeth Halestock was born ~ 1850, she is the daughter of Alexander and 
Peggy Halestock.

1850 Census LaGrange Twp. Cass Co. Elizabeth Halestock.
1860 Census Calvin Twp. Cass Co. Eli Halestock in house of Sanders. Eli is the 
brother of Elizabeth Halestock.
1870 Census Porter Twp. Cass Co. Elizabeth Hailstock, note different spelling. 
of surname. Elizabeth was in house of Dorcas Sanders.

Elizabeth Halestock died April 27, 1877 at the age of 26 years 2 months and 10 
days.
