Lela Catherine Dungey is the daughter of Lydia Alice nee Allen Dungey and 
Robert Dungey. Robert and Lydia were married 5 May 1895.  Lydia was 16 years 
of age.  They were the parents of 6 children. Hazel, Lela Catherine, Ralph B., 
Benjamin Anderson, Robert Carrol, and Leo Glenn.  Hazel, Ralph B. and Benjamin 
Anderson died in infancy. 

Lydia Alice Allen b. 27 Nov 1878 in Porter Twp. Cass Co.  She was the daughter 
of Benjamin F. Allen and Temperance Esther nee Artis Allen. Lydia's sister is 
Rosanna nee Allen Wilson and brother is William Herbert Allen.
