Between Mr. Orville Ragan and Miss Myrtle Smith I hereby certify that, in 
accordance with the above license, the persons, herein mentioned were joined 
in marriage by me, at Dowagiac, County of Cass, Michigan, on the 12th day of 
May, A.D. 1917, in the presence of Jane Conklin, of Dowagiac, Mich., and 
Bernice Gibson, of Dowagiac, Mich., as witnesses.
