OBITUARY
Jennie Klooster, 86

Jennie Klooster, 86, of Charlevoix, died Sunday, Nov. 14,1999, at Boulder Park
Terrace in Charlevoix.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, at the Community Reformed
Church in Charlevoix with the Rev. Larry Grooters officiating. Burial will be in
Barnard Cemetery.

Jennie was bom Jan. 9,1913, in Marion Township, the daughter of Albert and Mary
(Potter) Klooster.

During World War II, she worked at Ford Motor Co., in Detroit and later worked
as a housekeeper. She moved back to the family farm in Marion Township in 1982.

She was a member of the Community Reformed Church in Charlevoix, and enjoyed
counted cross-stitching, playing the piano and gardening.

Survivors Include two brothers, John (Anna) Klooster and James (Dona) Klooster
of Charlevoix; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a
sister, Grace Klooster; and two brothers, Jacob Klooster and Hiram Klooster.

Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 16, at the
Hastings Funeral Home in Ellsworth.
