Cynthia Caroline Kendall Blanchard married Albert (Bert) Raymond in 1936.  He
was born abt. 1870 in Texas.

Mrs. Raymond, 83 Former Resident Dies in Illinois

Mrs. Cynthia Raymond, 83, a former Charlevoix resident died Tuesday at her home
in Belvedere, Ill. The body will be brought to the See Funeral home Thursday to
await funeral arrangements later in the week.

Born in Charlevoix, October 8, 1868, the former Cynthia Kendall had resided in
Belvedere for 15 years. In 1936 she was married to Bert Raymond.

Besides her husband she is survived by a son, Pierce W. Blanchard of Chicago;
one daughter, 

Clara Roberts of Hammond, Ind.; three sisters, Mrs. Lucy VanDusen, Mrs. Grace
Demrousak of Charlevoix, Mrs. Myrtle Smith of Bangor; two brothers, Charles P.
Kendall of Massachusetts 

and Archie of San Bernadino, Calif., five grandchildren and nine
great-grandchildren.
