Obituary
William P. Brodin: Jan. 13, 1938 - Oct. 13, 2008
William P. Brodin. 70. of Charlevoix, died Monday, October 13,2008 at the
Charlevoix Area Hospital.

Bill was born Jan. 13,1938 in Charlevoix to William and Daphnia (Baumgardner)
Brodin. On Nov. 8.1958 he married Genevieve Gennett.

Bill was employed by the City of Charlevoix Street Department for 25 years as a
heavy equipment operator.

He loved to fish and hunt. Bill is survived by his wife. Genny Brodin; sons Bill
(Doretta) Brodin of Charlevoix. Jeff Brodin of Winter Haven, Fla.; daughter,
Debbie Erickson of Arlington. Tex.; grandchildren. Nikki. Amanda, Bill, Brad,
Joshua, Bethany, and Zoe; great-grandsons, Joshua and Troy; brother, Gary Brodin
of Charlevoix; sister. Nancy Higbee of Ellsworth; many nieces and nephews.
Bill's brother, Larry preceded him in death. A memorial service will be 1:00 pm.
Thursday, Oct. 16. at the Winchester Funeral Home in Charlevoix. The Reverend
Dan Gilmore of the Charlevoix Church of the Nazarene will officiate.

Interment will take place in Brookside Cemetery.
