EUGENE L. CRANDALL VICTIM OF PNEUMONIA

Died Suddenly Last Friday at Lake Helen, Fla. — Funeral Thursday

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon from the See
funeral home for Eugene L. Crandall, well known local resident, who died Friday
evening, March 20th, at Lake Helen, Fla., from plural pneumonia.

Rev. G. R. Parker of the Congregational church will officiate and interment will
be at Brookside cemetery.

Deceased was born July 26, 1872, at Elk Rapids, the son of Edwin and Lucy
Crandall. He was married in September, 1897, to Mary Ward, who died in 1931. In
June, 1934, he married Mrs. Lillian Saunders, who survives, in addition to two
children, Mrs. Arthur Wexstaff, this city, and Verle, of LaCrosse, Wis.

Mr. Crandall had been a resident of this city 26 years. He was a contractor and
builder and had engaged in several lines of business. A large following of
friends will regret his death.
