Sharon Lea "Murph" Herriman: July 16, 1943 - April 18, 2008

Sharon Lea "Murph" Herri-man, 64, of Charlevoix, died Friday, April 18 at
Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in Petoskey.

The funeral was April 22 at the Winchester Funeral Home in Charlevoix, where
Paul Bradley officiated.

Burial followed in Brookside Cemetery in Charlevoix. Sharon was born July 16,
1943, in Muskegon to Thomas and Clara (O'Neil) Murphy, and moved to Charlevoix
at age two.

She was actively involved with the Charlevoix Sports Booster and enjoyed league
bowling and camping.

She was a member of the American Legion Leslie T. Shapton Post 226 Auxiliary.

On June 7, 1969, she married Howard A. Herriman in Charlevoix.

Howard survives her as does their son Tom and his wife Terri and brother Donald
"Bud" Murphy all of Charlevoix.
Sharon's brothers Dale and Jim Murphy and her sisters Betty Hulbert, Zella Bacon
and Helen Zeitler preceded her in death.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Larry Grate Memorial Fund at the
Charlevoix Area Hospital.
