Rites Tuesday for Charles Jerichow Of  Hayes Township

Charles Jerichow, 90, retired Hayes township farmer, died late Saturday at the
Charlevoix hospital where he had been a patient for three days. He had been in
failing health for some time.

Funeral services were held art the Winchester Funeral Home Tuesday with the Rev.
George L. Majors officiating. Burial was in Brookside cemetery.

Born in New Holstein, Wis., Nov. 27, 1872, Mr. Jerichow came to Hayes township
in 1892 and operated a farm there until recent years. He continued to make his
home there until 18 months ago when he moved to Charlevoix to live with his
sister, Mrs. E. A. Mock. He never married.

Besides his sister, Mrs. Alma Mock, he is survived by several nieces and nephews.
