Kyssela is the daughter of Katherine (1864-1940) and Joseph Kyssela (died 1926) OBITUARY Courtesy Charlevoix Library BARBARA KYSSELA Funeral services for Barbara A. Kyssela, 80, who died Saturday at Grandvue Medical Care Facility where she had been a patient for several years, were held at the Winchester Funeral Home Tuesday morning. The Rev. R. Dale Magoon of St. Mary's church officiated. Interment was in Brookside Cemetery. Born in Czechoslovakia Dec. 25, 1898, Miss Kyssela came to the U.S. with her parents as a child. She had always lived in Charlevoix. She was employed with the housekeeping staff at the Charlevoix Area Hospital and later as a nurse's aide at the Grandvue Medical Care Facility until she retired. She was a member of St. Mary's Church. Her only survivors are a niece, Mrs, Mary Waligarski of Redford Township and a nephew, Edwin J. Mills of Dearborn Heights.
