OBITUARY Courtesy Charlevoix Library Charlevoix Courier June 02, 1920 REMAINS BROUGHT HERE FOR BURIAL Funeral of Mary Kyssela Held From Her Home on North Side Miss Mary Kyssela, who for the past three years has been employed in Detroit, died Wednesday, May 26, at the Boulevard Sanitarium in that city. The deceased had suffered from several attacks of inflammatory rheumatism, the last one settling around her heart causing her death. Miss Kyssela was born in Austria, coming to this country with her parents when a little girl and making Charlevoix her home until three years ago when she went to Detroit. She attended the High School and was a member of the class of 1918, leaving just before graduation. The body was brought home from Detroit Thursday and the funeral held from the home Saturday, May 29. Interment at Brookside cemetery. The deceased was 20 years old and is survived by her mother, Mrs. Katherine Kyssela and two sisters, Barbara and Josephine, all of this city.
