198 Kin Mourn Mrs. Louiseile

Mrs. William T. Louiseile 91, died July 29 at her Charlevoix Township home,
leaving a total of 198 direct descendants, including 11 children.
Funeral for the nonagenarian was held Aug. 1 from the Winchester Funeral home,
the Rev. Donald Schorsch of the Charlevoix Assembly of God Church and the Rev.
Emily Smith of Petoskey officiating. Burial was in Brookside cemetery.
In addition to her children, Mrs. Louiseile leaves 56 grandchildren, 107
greatgrandchildren, 18 great-great grandchildren and six great-great-great
grandchildren.
Mrs. Louiseile had arrived in Charlevoix County only recently from Fort Wayne,
Ind., to spend the summer.
A native of Finland Falls, Ont., the former Minnie Jane Routley was born in 1875
and came to Michigan as a young girl settling near Hart with her family.
In 1894 she married William Louiseile and the couple lived at Hart until moving
north 50 years ago. They lived first in Ellsworth, moving later Hayes Township.
Mr. Louiseile died in 1949.
She was an honorary member of the Assembly of God Church in Charlevoix and the
Pilgrim Holiness Church in Ellsworth. She also belonged to the International
Church of  Foursquare Gospel in Fort Wayne, Ind., and the United Foursquare
Women's Organization.
