Charlevoix Courier August 29, 1917

DEATH CALLS YOUNG WIFE AND MOTHER

Funeral of Mrs. Clarence Meggison Held Wednesday

Mrs. Katie Meggison, wife of Clarence Meggison, died Monday at one o'clock of
tuberculosis.

Mrs. Meggison was formerly Miss Katie McGhan of Central Lake, and was a bride
only a little over one year. Besides her husband, Mrs. Meggison leaves one
child, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer McGhan, of Central Lake, four sisters and
four brothers to mourn her loss. She was 19 years of age.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday (today) at one o'clock from the home of
George Meggison. Interment at Brookside cemetery.
