ISLAND RESIDENT DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS

Jerry M. Palmer, who has made his home on
Beaver Island for 37 years, died at his home
Thursday after an illness extending over two months.
His body was taken to Charlevoix for burial.

He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Vaden, California; Mrs. Anna
Wyman, Detroit; and Mrs. Tillie Poloski, Traverse City; two sons, Clarence,
Beaver Island and Judy, recently of Alaska.
