Archie D. Rounds married Virginia Lehmann in Detroit, Michigan
Archie D. Rounds died August 25, 1984 at age 86 in Englewood, Florida.

Virginia Lehmann was born March 14, 1907 in Petoskey, Michigan, the daughter of
August Lehmann and Jean Crosby.
Virginia married Archie D. Rounds in Detroit, Michigan.

Funeral services for a former Charlevoix resident, Archie D. Rounds, 86, were
held at the Winchester Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Rev. Gary Heniser of
Christ Episcopal Church officiated. Graveside services at Brookside Cemetery
were under the auspices of Round Lake Lodge No. 293, I.O.O.F.

Mr. Rounds died August 25 at his home in Englewood, Fla. He was born in Shelby,
April 5,1898.

He is survived by his wife, the former Virginia Lehmann.

Virginia L. Rounds
A former Charlevoix resident, Virginia L. Rounds, 78, of Engle-wood, Fla., died
Tuesday, Feb. 4, at Fawcett Hospital in Port Charlotte, Fla.

The former Virginia Lehmann was born March 14, 1907, in Petoskey, the daughter
of August and Jean (Crosby) Lehmann. She grew up in East Jordan where she
graduated from high school. Later she married Archie Rounds in Detroit. They
lived in Detroit and Lansing before returning to northern Michigan in the late
1940's.

For many years she was a secretary at Freedman Artcraft (now Harbor Indusries,
Inc.). She had worked at the Excello Corp. in Detroit for a number of years. In
1967, Mr. and Mrs. Rounds moved to Englewood, Fla., returning to northern
Michigan most summers and, in recent years, living at Walloon Lake. Mr. Rounds
preceded her in death Aug. 25,1984.

She was a member of St. David's Episcopal Church in Englewood and attended
Christ Episcopal Church in Charlevoix.

She is survived by several cousins.

A graveside committal service will be held at Brookside Cemetery in the spring.
