Shearer wife of Geo Shearer 1903-1933 OBITUARY Charlevoix Courier Mar 22, 1933 PNEUMONIA FATAL TO YOUNG MOTHER Mrs. George Shearer Died Saturday at Garfield Avenue Home Pneumonia, which developed following an attack of scarlet fever, caused the death Saturday morning of Mrs. George Shearer at the family home on East Garfield avenue. Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon from the home. Rev. G. R. Parker officiating. Interment was at Brookside. Agnes Armstrong was born October 30, 1903, at Bay Shore, the daughter of the late Wightford Aimstrong and wife. She resided in Hayes township until her marriage to George Shearer of this city, whom, together with a small son, survive in addition to her mother and other relatives. Mrs. Shearer was an active member of the Rebekah lodge, whose members conducted rites at the grave.
