Funeral Services Held Thursday for Mrs. A. Supernaw
Funeral services for Mrs. Adolpus Supernaw, 96, sister of Benjamin 
Yettaw, who died Tuesday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and
Mrs. G. (Robert Armstrong in Harbor Springs, were held at the Armstrong
residence Thursday. Burial was in Brookside cemetery here.
Born in Ellenburg, N. Y., March 24, 1863, the former Mary Jane Yettaw came to
Charlevoix county at the age of 10 years with her parents who settled in the
Norwood area. In 1900 she was married to William Glasgow and moved to Harbor
Springs to live. She remained in Harbor Springs until 1930 when she married Mr.
Supernaw and moved to Flint where she resided until Mr. Supernaw's death in
1947. Since then she has lived in Harbor Springs with her daughter, Mrs. Armstrong.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Armstrong and Mrs. Clement Denomy of
Harbor Springs; two grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a brother, Mr.
Yettaw of this city.
