Vosburgh was born in Charlevoix April 2, 1867, the son of William and Cynthia Vosburgh. Charles married Annie Wright May 18, 1890. Anna (Annie) died January 17, 1915 in Marion Township, Charlevoix County, Michigan Charles married Hilda Johnson in 1919. OBITUARY Courtesy Charlevoix Library Charles H. Vosburgh Funeral services for Charles H. Vosburgh, 80, life long resident of Charlevoix, were held at the See Funeral Home at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon with the Rev. H. C. Hammond officiating. Burial was in the Brookside cemetery. Mr. Vosburgh died Thursday at the Robbins Convalescent Home in Pctoskey where he had been a patient for seven months. Mr. Vosburgh was born in Charlevoix April 2, 1867, the son of William and Cynthia Vosburgh. In 1890 he was married to Annie Wright of Norwood and after her death he was married to Hilda Johnson of Chicago, in 1919. She died in 1936. He is Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Rose Agcr of Charlevoix, two sons, Guy of Detroit, and William of this city; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Three sons, Walter, Frank and Ralph preceded him in death. _____________________________ Anna Wright was born July 17, 1872 in ohio, the daughter of Alexander Wright and Nora Stockbridge. Anna Wright married Charles H. Vosburgh May 18, 1890. Anna Wright Vosburgh died January 17, 1915 in Marion Township, Charlevoix County, Michigan. OBITUARY Courtesy Charlevoix Library Charlevoix Courier January 20, 1915 Front Page DEATH ENDS SUFFERING Mrs. Charles Vosburg Had Been Ailing for the Past Two Years. After suffering for over two years from sugar diabetes, death came as a relief to Mrs. Chas. Voshurg, wife of Charles Vosburg who lives about one and one-half miles south of this city, last Saturday evening. Mrs. Vosburg was 42 years of age at ths time of her death and had resided in this vicinity for over sixteen years. Besides her husband and father she leaves four sons-Guy, Frank, Walter and William — and one daughter, Mrs. Will Ager to mourn their loss. Other surviving relatives are two brothers— Frank Wright of Detroit and Calvin Wright of Charlevoix — and three sisters — Mrs. Frank Germaine of Traverse City. Mrs. Eugene Hyde of Traverse City and Mrs. Louis Hyde of Pellston. Funeral services were held from the home Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock. Interment at Brookside cemetery.
