Graveside Rites Held Tuesday for Geo. F. Weaver
Graveside Rites Held Tuesday for Geo. F. Weaver

Masonic graveside services were held at Brookside cemetery Tuesday for George
Franklin, D.D.S., former local resident, who died unexpectedly at his office in
Farmington Friday.

Funeral services were held Monday at the Heeney Funeral Home in Farmington.

A native of Charlevoix, Dr. Weaver was graduated from the Charlevoix high school
and the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He had practiced in
Farmington for 37 years.

He was a member of the Oakland County Dental Association, the Exchange Club and
the Masonic lodge.

Surviving are his wife, the former Hilda Glassford; a daughter, Mrs. Thomas
(Mary Elizabeth) Sechler of Farmington; one son, George Robert of Traverse City;
six grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Lou See of Glendale, Calif.
