JOHN A. WEBSTER FUNERAL MONDAY P. M. Funeral service was conducted at the Church of God Monday afternoon for Mrs. John A. Webster who passed away Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Verne Jones, 409 West Upright Avenue, her death following an extended illness. Her maiden name was Miss Margaret O'Neill. She was born at Mt. Forest, Ontario, Canda, September 17, 1872 and came to this region many years ago where she has since resided for a long term of years on a farm in Norwood township, but for the past three years, due to ill health, with her daughter herein mentioned at whose home she passed away. She is survived by Mr. Webster, a son Henry, who resides on the Norwood farm and three daughters, Mrs. Vern Jones, Mrs. Archie Balch and Mrs. George Sarasin of Charlevoix. Two sisters, Mrs. Claude Morse and Mrs. George Wire of Flint and two brothers, Amos and Micky O'Neill of Charlevoix. The two sisters, Mrs. Morse and Mrs. Wire, due to illness, were unable to attend the funeral service. BELOVED NORWOOD TWP. WOMAN DIED SATURDAY Funeral for Mrs. John Webster Held Here Tuesday Afternoon Funeral services, conducted from the Church of God, were held Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. John A. Webster, beloved Norwood township woman, who died at 8 o'clock last Saturday morning at her rural home. Maggie O'Neil was born September 11, 1872, at Mt. Forest, Ontario, Canada. She came with her parents to Michigan at the age of 14, and on November 18, 1891, was united in marriage to John A. Webster, well known Norwood township resident. Surviving besides her husband are three daughters, Mrs. Vern Jones, Mrs. Ila Sarasin and Mrs. Metta Balch; one son, Harry Webster; four brothers, Edward John, James and Amos O'Neil; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Wire and Mrs. Jennie Morris, Flint; also ten grandchildren.
