Birth and death years differ from gravestone

Hazel Howard Chase b. April 18, 1886 Michigan d. June 3, 1918 Petoskey, Emmet 
Co. Michigan.  Residence listed as Lansing Michigan

Cause of death: General septic poisoning from miscarriage 13 weeks prior. 
Contributory- Surgical abscesses that never healed.  Disease contracted in 
Lansing MI.  Age 32 yrs. 1 mo. 15 da.
