A four sided monument, each side is inscribed with a family member:

John Miller 1811~1896  his wife: Harriett Miller 1823~1898

son: Hugh R. Miller 1842~1923   son: James R. Miller 1843~1869

Harriett and John were the first settlers in Boyne City, Charlevoix County 
Michigan, November 14, 1856. John and his two sons Hugh and James discovered 
the Boyne River which reminded them of the River Boyne in Leinster Ireland.
