Unknown Cemetery Sault Ste Marie, Chippewa County, Michigan

I recently visited one of the Sault's oldest cemetaries.  The most
recent headstone that I could find was 1900, though most are in the mid
to late 1800's. The cemetary is located on Ashmun Hill, it has no name,
but as far as I know it was a municipal cemetary. I wrote down all that
I could from what could be read on the headstones.  This cemetary (I
don't know if you are familiar with it) is really in danger.  Headstones
are sliding down gullies and crumbling to pieces.  Some headstones are
broken in pieces and very few are standing at all.  Some are completely
unreadable and some are buried.  I would like to share this information
that is in danger of being lost forever.

Like I said I am not sure of the name of this cemetary, but it is the
only one on Ashmun hill....I think it is a Municipal cemetary.  The
info. above is what I collected.  The info. below was taken from a
newspaper article from another woman who had also visited the cemetary. 
It is very hard to read the stones...so maybe having both our infos. may
help to get the exact names.  This woman visited the cemetary in 1981 so
she was able to read more names more legibly than I was able to.
