Clare County Cleaver, Harrison, Mich.:
     Cody Lee Allen, 13, of Harrison, passed away Sunday, March 7, 1999
as a result of an accident.  Cody was born January 12, 1986 in Mt.
Pleasant, Michigan, the son of Roy E. and Cathy M. (Scout) Allen.
     Cody had resided his entire life in the Harrison area.  He was a
seventh grade student at Harrison Community Schools.  Cody had many
caring classmates and friends at school.  Cody attended the Harrison
Church of God and played little league baseball.
     Surviving are his parents, Roy "Butch" and Cathy Allen of Harrison,
maternal grandmother Elizabeth Roberts of Laingsburg and maternal grand
parents; Percy D. and Karen M. Scott of Harrison.  Eight uncles; Bruce,
David and Ben Allen, Larry, Jesse and Travis Flemming, Micky and 
Randy Scott, four aunts; Diane Miller, Madlene Scott, Nancy Chalker and
Patty Adkins plus other relatives and friends.
     Funeral services were held Wednesday March 10, 1999, at 1:00 p,m,
from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, with Rev. Bruce VonWald
officiating.  Internment was in Pleasant Plains Hayes Township Cemetery,
Harrison, Michigan.
