Bobbie was 82 years old. Bobbie was born June 17, 1932 to Peter and Celina (Cyr) Creguer in Clare MI. Bobbie attended Clare High School, building many fine memories of her life in Clare. Upon graduation, Bobbie worked in various positions throughout Michigan, including as a Telephone Operator with “Ma Bell”, and as a Sales Representative of Dental Equipment during the late 1950’s. In 1961, following a horrible automobile accident resulting in the death of her best friend, Bobbie decided to escape Michigan winters, and headed to Los Angeles CA. While in Redondo Beach CA, Bobbie began her career in Real Estate Sales, and through her apartment manager met George “CLARK” Watkins around 1963. Clark and Bobbie dated for several years. On July 24, 1970, they were married at the “La Venta Inn” in Palos Verdes Estate, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Clark and Bobbie shared a wonderful marriage, filled with love, commitment and fun. With their mutual love of the ocean, they chose to live the rest of their years in Rancho Palos Verdes CA, where George Clarke Watkins passed on August 23, 1991 of lung cancer. As a Widow, Bobbie grieved heavily the loss of Clark. She would often say that she would “dance and dance the night away” with Clark again someday. Bobbie never lacked offering her opinion to everyone. Her quick-wit and drive to see the world become a better place meant she would share her opinion on everything. Her tenaciousness judgement covered all topics, from the best way to make her famous lemon bars, to how to Balance the National Debt. Bobbi’s high spirits, and strong will, along with her drive to make the world right, led to her love of politics. Her conservative position and respect for the military was evident in her support of both the Republican National Committee, and many various military organizations. Bobbie leaves behind her brother Thomas Creguer of Clare, and her sister Rita Charron (Creguer) of Ingleside IL, as well as many nieces and nephews. Bobbie passing precedes her sisters Lucille Kowatch, and Marguerite Marrone, and her brother Paul Creguer.
