Larry was born in Clare, Michigan on February 10, 1942. He was predeceased by his dad, John and brother Mike. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary; son, Jess of Grand Ledge; daughter, Leann (Mike) Cordes of DeWitt; step-son, DuWayne Hannah of Okemos; Mom, Jane of Sarasota, Florida; brother, Dennis (Carol) Calkins of Lansing; sister, Barbara (Ray) Micks of Ypsilanti; 8 precious grandchildren; sister-in-law, Betty Calkins of East Liverpool, Ohio; many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and life-long friends, also his dog, Priscilla. Larry was a graduate of Clare High School, class of 1960 and attended Broward Tech-Institute of Florida. He was employed by IBEW Local 665 and belonged to Moose Lodge #2235 of Harrison. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 1, 2:00 pm at the Palmer-Bush Lansing Chapel, with the Rev. John Burow officiating. Interment followed in Eastlawn Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mother Theresa House, C.A.T.S. or to the family.
