Obituaries from Clare County Cleaver August 19, 1999, Harrison, Mich.

Nancy J. Carrier, 44, of Harrison, passed away Tuesday, August l0,
 1999, at Tendercare-Clare Nursing Home, Clare, Michigan.  Nancy was
born August 13, 1954 in Dearborn, Michigan, the daughter of Robert J.
and Sarah M. (Welch) Gaffigan.
     Mrs. Carrier had resided in the Harrison area since 1986 moving
from St. Clair Shores.  She was a past member of the Harrison American
Legion Auxiliary, Post 404.  Before moving to Harrison, Nancy was
employed as an assistant supervisor at Michigan National Bank in Troy. 
The former Nancy J. Gaffigan was united in marriage to Robert P. Carrier
November 13, 198l, in St. Clair Shores.
     Surviving are her husband, Robert Carrier of Harrison, her father,
Robert Gaffigan of Clinton Township, a son Keith Carrier of Harrison;
two daughters, Stacy and Bonnie Carrier, two brothers, two sisters and
one grandchild, Karlie.
     Funeral Services were held Satuday, Auusty 14, 1999, at 4:00 pm
from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, with Rev. Father Jerome Niedermier
officiating.
