Obituary from Clare County Cleaver, Harrison, Mich. December 16, 1999

Helene M. Davis, Harrison, Michigan, formerly of Saginaw, passed away
Tuesday, November 30, 1999 at Mid Michigan Medical Center, Harrison,
Michigan, age 88 years.  Helene Lamb was born August 2 19ll in
Saginaw.  She married Samuel Davis in 1930.  He predeceased her December
10, 1957.  Helene was of he Catholic faith.  She was a member of the
Moose Lodge  and its auxiliary in Harrison, Michigan.  Helene retired
from Saginaw Oseopathic Hospital.  Surgiving are two daughters, Lois
Dropeck, Gwen and Marshall Brow, all of Saginaw; nine grandchildren;
eight great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.  Helene also
leaves her devoted compaion; E. Dale Young, dear friends, Harold and Kay
Becker all of Harrison, Mich.  Helene was predeceased by her parents,
Daniel and Helen Davis, two sons, Ronald and Norman Davis.
     Funeral services took place l0:30 am, Friday, December 3, 1999 at
the Deisler Funeral Home 2233 Hemmenter Road (off State).  Rev. Robert
Konopa O.F.M. officiated.  Interment followed in St. Andrew Cemetery.
