Ralph J. Dixon, age 75, of Harrison, passed away peacefully at his home
on Friday, June 25, 1999.  Ralph was born March 2, 1924 in Grand Ledge,
Michigan to Claud and Eva (Ebbey) Dixon.  Mr. Dixon was united in
marriage to Elnora Colby on Jauary 29, 1949 in Grand Ledge.  Ralph
served in the United states Army during WWII.  He was a member of the
Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge #2235 of Harrison.
      Surviving are his wife Elnora of Harrison; one daughter, Bonnie
Lewis of Custer; one brother, Richard Dixon and wife Kathleen of Lima,
Ohio; one sister, Eva Corbin and husband Ferris of Grand Ledge; one
grandson, Frederick Lewis of Custer, plus several loving nieces and
nephews.  Mr. Dixon was predeceased by his parents, three brother and
two sisters. 
    Memorial services will be announced at a later date.  Funeral
arrangements were entrusted with Stocking Funeral Home of Harrison.
     In lieu of flowers the family asks that you tell someone you love
them.  Or do something kind.  By doing so you wil be helping celebrate
his life.
