Obituaries from the Clare County Review:

Arthur Kenneth Daugherty, 71, of Harrison, passed away Sunday, October
18, 1998.  Arthur was born August 13 1927 in Ann Arbor, the son of
Arthur E. and Lula (Funch) Daugherty.
     Mr. Daugherty had resided in the Harrison area since 1992 moving
from Westland, Michigan.
     Surviving are his wife Delores of Harrison; one daughter Denise
Carpenter and husband Randy of Harrison; one brother Raymond Daugherty
and wife Frances of Lincoln Park Michigan; two step-grandchildren, plus
several nieces and nephews.  Mr. Daugherty was prececeased by his
parents, three brothers and four sisters.
     Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 20, 1998, from Stocking
Funeral Home Inc. of Harrison, with Pastor Paul Fetzer officiating.
Interment was in the Pleasant Plains Cemetery, Harrison.
