Obituary from the Clare County Cleaver, Harrison, MI, August 2, 200l

David Wayne Labadie was born on October 9, 1966 as the only child of
Rodney and Beverly (Bailey) Labadie. When David was 16, he was able to
move in with his grandparents Jack and Maxine Bailey. David fathered
two sons, Brian and Nicholas Labadie with his ex-wife Nannet
Beerschmidt.
David lived in Harrison most of his life. David graduated from
Harrison High School in 1985. He enjoyed camping, fishing, going to
parties, and working on cars. His family will always remember how happy
and polite he was.
Mr. Labadie died on Sunday, July 22, 200l at the age of 34. He
leaves behind his grandparents, father, and children. His mother
preceded him in death.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 25 at l0-l pm, with a
funeral service to celebrate his life on Wednesday, July 25, at 1:00 pm
at Stocking Funeral Home with Elder Dale Beavers presiding. Memorial
contributions may be made to his grandparents. Arrangements were
entrusted to Stocking Funeral Home in Harrison.
