Eaton: Funeral Services were conducted August 28, 1963 for Chester L. Eaton at the Gugle Funeral Home, with Rev. Arthur Churchill officiating and burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Chester Lloyd Eaton was born November 25, 1927, son of Ralph and Inice Eaton. He was born on a farm just inside the Harrison City limits. He attended the Harrison School for his twelve years of schooling, graduating with the class of 1947. He loved the out of doors, and his greatest pleasure was hunting and fishing with his father and brothers. He entered the Armed Services, serving two years during peacetime, after returning home, he was recalled and served during the Korean War. After his return, he was married and moved to Saginaw, where he was employed at the Steering Gear plant of Chevrolet until his illness and death which occurred August 25, 1963. He was united in marriage to Anna Webster of Saginaw in August of 1950. To this union were born three daughters, Dianna, l2, Deborah, 10, and Denice, 7. Surviving are his wife, Ann, and daughters; his mother Mrs. Inice Eaton, two brothers, Chas. and Howard, both of Harrison; two sisters Ruth Allen of Sabina, Ohio, and Esther Hileman of Holt, and a host of relatives and friends all of whom will miss him greatly.
