Falconer, age 76, of Clare, passed away Thursday, August 27, 1998 in Clare. William was born on March 19, 1922 in Caro, Michigan. William had lived most of his life in Flint, had worked in the photography industry. He had served in the Navy during WWII, while in the Navy, William was given a Letter of Commendation for his part in sinking an enemy ship. Surviving William is his sister Marguette England of Midland. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements by the Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home of Clare. Survivers: a niece Elizabeth A. England of Manton.
