Obituaries from Clare County Cleaver, August 5, 1999

Muriel Kay Freudiger, age 42 of Farwell, passed away suddenly July 27,
1999, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  Muriel was
born the daughter of Burton H. and Laura (Geib) Maynard on February 4,
1957 in Clare.  Muriel had lived in Farwell area for 3 years coming from
Fort Worth, TX, and before that Alaska and Colorado.  She had been
employed as a seamstress  working on Canvas and boat repairs.
     Surviving Muriel are her 3 sons Ezekiel Adam, Samuel Burton, and
Isaih Thomas all of Farwell; her mother   Laura Maynard of Farwell; 3
brothers Philip Maynard of Dutton, Craig (Karen) Maynard of Beaverton
and Grant (Lou Ellen) Maynad of Farwell, a sister Laura "Jennene" (Dan)
White of Clare; several nieces and nephews.  Muriel was predeceased by
her father Burton in 1995.
     Funeral services took place Saturday July 3l, 1999 a ll:00 am at
the Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home with Elder Dick Hunt officiating. 
Burial took place at the Surrey Twp. Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to
a Trust Fund being established for her children.
