Obituary from the Clare County (Michigan) Review, June 8, 200l 
Herbert (Bud)Prokoff, age 70, Farwell, died on Tuesday evening 
at hishome. Bud was born on July 19,1930, the son of John & Ethel
(Vincent)Prokoff. He was united in marriage to Mary Ann Cowles
on July 19, 1974in Grand Blanc, Michigan.Bud was a member of the
Clare Moose Lodge #2268 and was a memberof several C.B. clubs 
using the handle of Bud.Bud is survived by his wife Mary Ann, 
childen: Rex & Kaley Brown ofLake George, Danita & Gary Withey 
of Lakeview, and Kenneth & VelmaProkoff of Clare; sister Clovah
 Tubbs of Fenton; nine grandchildren;three great grand children;
 and many other relatives and friends.Funeral services for Bud 
were held on Friday, June 8th at 2:00 pmfrom the Coker Funeral
 Home of Farwell with Pastor Gary Comptonofficiating with cremation
 following at the North Central Michigan Crematory in Marion, Michigan.
