Obituary from Clare County Cleaver, Harrison, Mich.  December 16, 1999

Kenneth L. Johnson, 59, of Harrison, passed away Thursday, December 9,
1999, at MidMichigan Regional Medical Center, Clare, Michigan.  Kenneth
was born February 28, 1940 in Rogers City, Michigan, the son of Archie
and Etta (Voda) Johnson.  Mr. Johnson had resided in the Harrison area
for the previous twenty years, moving from Florida.  He was employed for
eighteen years as a navigator in the Merchant Marine, working on the
Great Lakes.  He was an avid hunter, marksman and a member of the NRA.
     Surviving are care givers and loving friends, Kenneth and Colette
Lenander of Harrison, one son Chris, a daughter Sherri, three sisters
Sue Piper, Judith Telley, and Nancy Harmon, plus other relatives and
friends.
     Memorial services were held wednesday, December 15, 1999 at l:00 pm
from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, with pastor Elden Bergen
officiating.  Cremation has taken place.
